i like festive holidays for its ‘provisional’ character. now is a chance to indulge on calamities; one can get away with anything! such as delicious fresh pesto, and eating it all too. and using meadow cress for greens. and layering italian bruschetta with the grass green delicatesse, speedily grabbing it from the fridge, ignoring, ay, not desiring at all the slow process of boiling that pasta…(recipe/recept)
