corner view ≈ m is for ...

recap. refill. when bell and i go cruising, there's no sure telling where we'll end up.

this time we drove past napoleon's lion, almost without noticing, but we did grab ourselves a coffee.

our destination being the university community of louvain-la-neuve, we stumbled upon a deserted entity. uncanny how a campus university can almost stand outside of society, or am i, by saying this, putting my foot in it?

from campus to rural landscape is but another cruise away. and bell's

madonnas,

communion figurines and

majorettes came vastly packed, for we had some serious shooting ahead.

apart from a handful of passers-by and a bunch of catholic scouts scoring the field, the place remained pretty sunday afternoon undisturbed.

that was just before we decided we could all do with a wash. a little soul cleansing goes a long way, which leads us back to image one.

wondrous theme chosen by valerie, on jane's corner view, hosted by francesca's fuoriborgo.

  9. I'm never quite sure what your interpretation will be, but it's always an adventure in color and images making me think 'outside the box'--this was true to form and I enjoyed it very much. I like how you did the internal m in words instead of just at the beginning.

  12. I saw the pictures on Facebook and I loved you on the floor with the camera :)
I belong to a group of 'catholic scouts' Called 'júniors' here. You know my opinion about t'he whole christian-catholic thing... And I think that's one of the few things Church does well. Many of my best childhood memories come from the time we did summer camps and enjoyed our saturdays all together. That's another thing I want to talk to you about.
    How many things, huh?
    Big kisses!

  28. Ha, Louvain-La-Neuve, I know that town! Some time ago I visited the Hergé MMMuseum there and crossed the university campus of course! On our way back we visited Notre-Dame du Val-Dieu near Aubel, so we had some catholic impressions on that day, too! Yeah, you're taking me down MMMemory lane!

P.S.: This is going to be my 3rd concert of Morrissey, still one of the sexiest performers on stage...always a magic moment when he puts off his shirt (what he conventionally does)! ;o)
