renov # 33 {studio countdown 2 of 5}

the weekend came.
·
and went.

a soft and sun filled sunday found me sealing outside window joints again, downstairs this time, left and right to the french windows opening into the garden. it was a task i was weary about, but it worked out fine. cement is drying out.
·
a quick glance at the mentioned sewing pots gives result already too.

the rest of the work is coming along. i will definitely repaint the ceiling, while the room is semi empty. more work now, happier woman later. i've learnt to think ahead a little, not that this simplifies anything. somehow i can't wait to start on that floor, so boxes³ will finally find their way home. it will get interesting, over the next coming weeks.

  1. Dear Nadine, I'm still impressed by your renovating skills and your perseverance - its gonna be so good! Hard to image with what you'll come up with after your studio is ready to move and play in. Looking so forward!
    Have a nice and hopefully sunny week.

  12. Hello Miss Woolf!!!!!

    its me and Im back finally have so much to tell you Ill put it in an email me thinks!!

    Firstly Im so proud of you that studio is looking stunning would love to visit you for a cuppa and some arty activity......white walls are perfect that way you can add pops of colour. Though a warm grey area would be good too colours come alive against grey

    Have you seen Sibella Courts work? she is a styleist and designer. I think you would like her work.

    These are her paint schemes she has created with murobond an Australian paint company. Her blog and shop website are full of inspiration.
