basically evening is a review of one woman's life in the latter part of it, hence evening.
·
i'd love for miss minot to write another book. a little research learns me however she may prefer the life of a wanderer these days. good for her!

wow I loved opening this page and seeing your header, that fab text for your name and this book cover...
ReplyDeleteso fresh!
Ha! Me too! I ordered the film and a book, but another one because I always find it a bit difficult, if you see the film first and read the book aftewards you have always the pics of the film in your head and the other way round, the film might not reach the book, so I prefer only one for not getting confused...
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for this tip!
I'm looking forward to a good read and a nice film, as the weather gets worse its perfect.

Never heard of this. I'm on the hunt for new books (and movies). I never ever watch a movie before I read the book which is based upon though, it takes away all the fantasy. I don't know if I am in the mood for something that makes me cry. I'll go get some more informations about this book, I just got an amazon gift card and got still money left, so this could be the next order.

ReplyDeletethanks for the book tip - I hope it's good tears, if not happy, at least not devastatingly sad ones, but I'll have a few tissues ready :)
