corner view ≈ impression

weekday morning. wake up, get up. think up breakfast. let cat in. prepare packed lunch. get dressed. leave for the train. get in at work. get used to the office feel. eat lunch. walk. live through the afternoon. take the train home. get boiled a little. evening. prepare supper. write, draw, dream. wash up. wash. put on pj's. hope the world will go quiet now. night. sleep. under the constant impression life is there for the taking. so that's what we do. we take. fieuuwww. jane's corner view, francesca's hosting, ö's theme.

  3. It sounds too quickly, but I bet there are more impressions in each day...something more is hidden

  4. Even in our trivial daily routine there are those hidden little beautiful impressions to find. I just have to look at the pictures to see that you're sensible enough to recognise them!

  5. Sounds a bit like a day/life of "shoulds", so I think its good to have enough "woulds" either.
    Have a nice evening after all.

  8. Great post. It's always the same - often every day. And yet we find in everyday life is often a special beauty.

  9. I feel:
    recognition
    empathy
    and day-job blues;
    your keen eye
    brings beauty
    to the ordinary.

  12. Sometimes life feels like all we are trudging through the day until night comes and we can put on our PJs and fall into our comfy beds and float away in our dreams. Pleasant dreams to you dear, Nadine. xo Carole

  15. there is a sort of poetic rhythm to this. and undercurrents, both slow and swift. (do you know that coming here always gives me a happy feeling?) like there will be something nice waiting. a little gift, from tinywoolf, to me.) keep writing, drawing, dreaming...

  18. oh the drudgery sometimes that comes with being society's fodder....... sounds like my day. If you took it out of context that wouldnt be too different from "a day in the life of a serf" A day in the life of a factory worker at the turn of the 20th century" Things look different but its basically the same formula.......some get to enjoy life without toil from the endeavours of others.

    Sounds a bit depressing this.....try to put a reflective philosophical tone to it...it sounds better! ;)

    Hope you are well besides......Miss Woolf
