DRAWING CHALLENGE NEW THEME | AUG, 30~31

·
so here we are.
·
back.
·
a weekend later than initially planned.
·
rose is moving this weekend, and we could not exclude rose from our next drawing challenge weekend: she's only the best DC notary ever, besides a creative centipede. go check out her FB, she's shooting the world, besides renovating...
·
how doés she do it?
·

now. the weekend of 30/31st of august will be the perfect weekend {i sense that} to restart our drawing challenge routine, will it not? i've been tossing a few themes round in my head, but i'll surrender to the east for now. i think it may have started with sushi, and {elementary} learning how to make those little wonders. discovering a few terrific eastern blogs, enjoying slow moving pictures such as memoirs of a geisha, or poetry. learning to appreciate that slow is good, that less is more.
·
let's talk JAPAN, to narrow down an eastern theme sufficienty for anyone to find an item of interest in, whether it be country, food, travel, technique, colour, philosophy. you name it, any style is much appreciated, be it drawing, photo, installation, performance, ..... feel free to interpret! ☻ see you, gladly, over the weekend of august 30/31st, and meet up with : patrice, veronica, joanne, stefanie, barbara, tanïa, susanne, ariane, sabine, kristen, roberto, eric, leena, tammie, sus, tomoko, manoyoko, j-girl☺, ...

  2. Yay, hooray! That's a good theme. I've got images of see-thru plastic, urban umbrellas and wet streets. It really should be cherry blossoms and raked sand gardens, shouldn't it...lol. By the way, I am Canadian, and Czech, and use my nationalities interchangeably as it benefits. Plus I live in England half the year. Not confusing at all. :D
